Our little family was blessed with FIVE delicious Thanksgiving meals!
We started on the Sunday before Thanksgiving at our annual 1st Youth Thanksgiving Dinner. It is a pot-luck style meal so all of the students and their families are in charge of bringing a side dish or a dessert. It is always fun to taste different homemade recipes and we definitely tasted our fair share of food that night!Tuesday night we had a "Friendsgiving Dinner" with several of our friends. We were each in charge of bringing something to contribute to the meal. We had so much fun and laughed so hard that I was in tears!
We went to Blake's grandmother's house on Thursday. Caden was able to meet several family members for the first time that afternoon and the food was delicious!
On Friday, we went to my mom's house to enjoy another meal. My cousin, her husband, her adorable daughter, and her sweet niece were able to eat with us. It was the first time they were able to see Caden and I'm glad they were able to meet.
Finally, we drove to Kansas City to see my dad on Friday night. We spent the night there and had yet another Thanksgiving meal on Saturday. Caden was able to meet even more of his relatives. I accidentally left my camera at home so I am sad to say that I didn't get any pictures while we were there.
